Luanne Baker has over 25 years of developing, implementing, managing, assessing, and evaluating the delivery of mental health programs in the Northeast. She developed school based mental health programs in numerous municipalities both rural and urban. During her tenure, she established a system of tracking and evaluating the quality of services to achieve excellence and long-lasting results.
As the Clinical Director of Social Work in a large hospital, she created an Excel program to track the severity of patient needs, determined their level of social stressors past and present, and assessed and encouraged the development of resources for discharge to minimize recidivism and maximize successful re-integration into society. She hired, trained, managed, evaluated, and supervised over 30 clinicians in three different agency programs for treatment excellence.
